Refund policy

At AutoMods.lb, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare, cosmetics, perfumes, personal care products, or any item with broken seals, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To request a return, please contact us at Automods.lb@gmail.com with your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item. If approved, we will issue a refund or store credit. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
